Pet care experience
I started pet sitting about a year ago when my sister requested that I dog sit for her puppy while she was away for vacation. I've taken care of dogs for family, friends, and recently for some neighbors. I'm comfortable with giving medicine to pets and bathing them if needed. While I have about a year experience of pet sitting, I'm eager to look for more opportunities to take care of pets, and I'm looking forward to providing care for your pet(s).

I prefer to take care of pets at the client's home as I'm still living at home with my parents with their puppy. If I’m allowed to take care of your pets in your home, I will follow the care instructions thoroughly to ensure that the pets feel comfortable as the owners are away. Also, I will dedicate time during the day to play with the pets and keep them engaged.

Some information that is important for me to know before taking care of your dog is health history and having a safety plan that has your veterinarian information in case of an emergency. Another piece of information that’s important is the pet’s behavior, whether it’s how they interact with other dogs on walks or how they interact with other pets in the household.
A typical day
I love to keep pets engaged throughout the day, whether that’s playing fetch, going on long walks around the neighborhood, or stimulating the dogs through puzzles. I will make sure the pets have a good balance of being stimulated through different activities and resting when needed.

Availability
I'm currently working full-time for a financial tech company in Golden, but I'm available to take care of your pets during the week as I'm able to work from home. I'm available to either pet sit or pop in a couple times during the day to either walk them or let them out. I am also available to take care pets during the weekends.
