Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life; dogs, cats, hamsters, snakes, iguanas and a chinchilla. I was a pre-vet student, I’m comfortable around large animals as well as pocket pets. I have volunteered with the humane society and LC4 in the past. In fact, I’d probably do this for free if I didn’t need the money.

I own my home, which has a fully fenced in yard. My dog and cats have been around each other forever, so they are very comfortable with other species. Because of my dog’s age, she doesn’t get to go on long walks they we used to, I would actually love to get to take long walks at the park with dog.

I was a pre-vet student so I’m comfortable with medications and needles, but prior information is greatly appreciated. I’m calm around anxious animals, but again prior knowledge is helpful.
A typical day
My current dog is 14, so I greatly look forward to taking long walks with younger dogs and playing games! Wildwood park is pretty close to me and my favorite place to take dogs.

Availability
I work full time, 8-4 Monday thru Friday, with some flexibility, which means I’m available evenings and weekends predominately. I can do mornings too given enough notice though.
