Veterinary Student Here to Help!
Pet care experience
Hello, I'm Renee! I am a third-year veterinary student at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. I have owned a pet for as long as I can remember- I currently have a fluffy black cat named Suki, and have owned a dog, a bird, rodents, rabbits, and a lot of cats over the years. I am learning so much about animal care in vet school, and I have had many years of experience as a pet sitter, vet tech, and animal shelter volunteer. I know how to give oral and injected medications, baths, and overall great care to your pets! I am hardworking, responsible, and love to help others. My hobbies include hiking, swimming, yoga, and baking! You can count on me to provide your fur babies with comfort, safety, fun, and lots of love while you are away!
Reviews
Took care of my 3 cats and 2 dogs. One of my dogs is diabetic which requires insulin every 12 hours and Renee made sure she was fed and medicated. Also, took the time to wipe mud off of dogs paws before bringing them in for the night. Highly recommend!
Renee is warm and calming. My dogs always barked and get overly excited Meeting new people and they didn’t bark once when she walked in, just went straight for snuggles. We hope to hire Renee again!
Renee was great! Quick communication and sent an update with pictures as well. Definitely would recommend her.
Renee is a very sweet and dependable sitter. Will definitely use her again when available.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are huge concerns for me. When I enter a client's house, I always make sure to introduce myself to the pets and be sure they are comfortable with me being in their space. I always follow instructions and use good judgement while caring for pets and going on dog walks. I always try to leave the home looking better than I found it as well.
Information Renee S. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time if your pet has any medical diagnoses, daily medications, or aggression/fear around humans or other animals. Also let me know how much exercise your pet typically gets.

I can assure you your pet will have a lot of fun with me while you are away! I will give lots of pets and snuggles, and we will play with toys, explore the neighborhood on walks, or even go for a hike together at Lake Bryan!
