My heart truly belongs to the fur babies of this world!! I would absolutely enjoy making some extra income doing what I love most. I have taken 1 year of Vet Tech courses at Baker College. At the age of 16 I received my license and started Petsitting that very first week. I have 28 + years of experience being a Petsitter!!! I have worked in a Veterinary Clinic for a short time and have also worked at the Kent County Humane Society. I have a lot of general knowledge in animal care and handling of animals. I have a bit of experience in training dogs also. I would treat your animal as if they were my own. I have a lot of love to give and would love to get to know your fur baby.

Renee was great. She accommodated watching my pup until late (almost midnight) and took him to the dog park, on walks, and played with him. I knew my dog liked her when he whined after she left
Renee took great care of our animals. We were able to enjoy our trip without any concerns as to their welfare. She sent periodic updates, photos, and left our house in better shape than when she arrived. I would highly recommend her too anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter. It is obvious that she has a real love for animals!

I have two elderly cats who are very picky as to what type of dog can be visiting their home. If your dog is used to cats and is very laid back then I could watch your dog In my home If your dog will be too focused on my cats and all up in their business and/or chase them then it would be best if I cared for your dogs in your home. I have many references I could provide you with. I’m willing to walk your dogs close to your home or in a nearby park that allows dogs. I’m always open to suggestions and will make personal accommodations for your pet because let’s face it all pets are not the same, and like humans have individual needs.

A typical day
My husband and I love to hike the local trails and would love to have some company of the 4 legged kind. I used to love playing frisbee with my dog so any kind of outdoor activities such as that would be fun. If your dog is low energy a short walk and time spent cuddling is great too. Lots of cuddles and love will definitely be provided in abundance!!!

I’ve been a housekeeper for many years and have always done Petsitting/Pet Care on the side for my cleaning customers. I’ve recently gave up a majority of my cleaning jobs in search of a full time job with benefits. I thought I found something but I was miserable. Life is too short to be miserable!! So I did something very unpredictable and got my CDL. I now drive School Bus in the Grand Rapids Area. I currently have been off work since March 13th and am going a little stir crazy. Animals are my passion and keep me sane. Lol
