Renee was wonderful. Though I didn’t get to meet her in person, she was fantastic to work with. Great communicator and so kind. I would definitely use her services again when I am back in town.

I'm not sure I have enough space to describe how wonderful my experience was with Renee! I had never used Rover before and actually had never left my dogs with anyone other than their trainer so I was extremely nervous to head out of state without them. Renee was so gracious about answering all of my questions and even accommodated a last minute daycare booking for one of my dogs so he could get to know her a bit before I left. One of my dogs has pretty significant separation anxiety and the other is very shy but Renee handled both of them perfectly, making sure that they were never left alone while in her care. After the first day, I stopped worrying about them completely since she sent frequent updates with pictures of both dogs living their absolute best lives at her house. It's such a relief to have someone I can trust to keep my dogs safe and happy while I'm gone. I would highly recommend Renee to anyone needing pet care and especially would recommend her to anyone who is new to Rover or feeling anxious about leaving their pets with someone new. I'm quite certain that I will be sending my dogs back to spend a little vacation with her next time I am out of town!!
