I’m so sad to have to write this review, because I successfully utilized this sitter 2-3x prior to this visit, but feel I cannot in good conscience keep this to myself. This was my first overnight away from my fur babies and I got multiple texts about how great everything was going—but no photos. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick them up, I was dismayed to find my pups in multiple piles of poop (more than four) and another in their cart, them and all of their belongings soiled, and another whining dog in the back room. It took me two hours to clean them and their belongings. My two puppies are a handful even for me, but given that there are extenuating circumstances, I just think folks bit off more than they could chew. Puppy care is VERY different from senior dog care; multiple puppies require some knowledge about how to handle them at that age specifically. When we discussed the situation, at first Renee had a million excuses—one actual legitimate one—but later apologized and offered to cover costs for any ruined items which I appreciated—so I gave one an additional star for this course correction in customer service. A day later, I was packing up their things to take them to another sitter and they became very distressed. I thought it over, but I am sorry, but I just can’t use this sitter again. Sweet folks, maybe they can better handle house-trained dogs given the situation.

Very communicative and friendly. Renee and her son are definitely animal lovers. Our dog seemed to have a good time and be well cared for.
