Renee did a great job - timely and just what we needed done for Sateen. Picture updates were great.

I’m so disappointed! I took my time selecting a sitter. This is my first experience with Rover. I had Renee over twice prior to our arranged dates. I paid her for the second visit, appreciating the fact that she came on her own time. I had printed out instructions that she read. I went over everything and I made meals as easy as possible. She was to come by 5PM and stay for the night until at least 8AM. She only came by to feed them at 9:00AM and 7 PM at which time she sent videos. I was clear about her staying over night and confirmed this several times. She brought her son and we never discussed her doing this. My dog is almost 14 and I wouldn’t have allowed this. She doesn’t need the stress of young children in her own home! When I returned the water was almost empty and what was there was gross! The litter hadn’t been scooped in days and there was clear evidence her 4 year old son was upstairs in my bedrooms. The heat was up and lights left on- upstairs! This is not what I signed up for. I was more than willing to pay good money for peace of mind! I hope this helps the next pet parent who truly wants a responsible, honest person taking care of there pets!
