Pet care experience
We've volunteered at Muttville Senior Dog Rescue and adopted two wonderful dogs from them. We've been dog parents for 6 years and have cared for the dogs of our friends and relatives while they vacationed. When you're away, we'd love to be their hotel where they can stay and play comfortably. We enjoy taking dogs to our local park, Ocean Beach or Fort Funston. We know that dogs are a precious member of your family, so when you can't bring them with you, we will care for them as if they were our own.

Renee and Chris are the folks we turn to in SF when we need a dog sitter for our beloved Momo. They have two happy and chill dogs about her size and she is always excited to arrive when we drop her off (runs ahead of us and into their house when they open the door). Both Renee and Chris are responsible, experienced, warm and kind; we trust them completely to take the best care of her. We also appreciate their flexibility and excellent communication.
Our dog Lulu LOVES Renee. Renee has a calm and positive presence that allows dogs to instantly feel comfortable. Lulu is a shy and timid dog and within a couple hours of staying with Renee, Lulu was following Renee and staying by her side. Lulu has stayed with Renee roughly five to six times in the past few years and each stay has gone beyond smoothly. She sends regular updates and photos and communication with her is easy. Renee is extremely reliable and trustworthy. Any dog would be lucky to stay with Renee!
Renee very kindly offered to take care of my very nervous pup for the Christmas holiday. By the end of her stay, my pup was so comfortable that she ended up sleeping in Renee’s bed. My fur baby still gets excited to see Renee. Renee is kind and patient; she will make sure your pup comes back to you happy and ready to visit again!

She has dogs of her own and I have seen how well she cared for them and provided for all of their needs. Renee has taken care of our dog on numerous occasions when we were traveling and she treated our dog like her own, providing her with a safe, happy, comfortable and nurturing environment. We live in a single family home with a fenced backyard. There is a dog-friendly park close to our house. Dogs are welcome to lounge on our couch or on one of the many dog beds that we have. We also have crates available for small to medium sized dogs if your dog is crate-trained.

A typical day
We will try to adhere to your dog's normal schedule as much as possible. Our own dogs eat twice a day, once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. They can go outside to play in the fenced backyard at anytime and we will be sure to take them on at least one walk a day. If your dog is staying on a weekend, we enjoy trips to the beach.

My husband is self-employed and I work exclusively from home. With our setup, there will almost always be someone home to keep your fur baby company. Besides us humans, we have two gentle little dogs to hang out with yours.
