Pet care experience
Proud pet caregiver for over 17+ years - can’t imagine a life without these little lovers! I provide the pets I watch with the highest quality of care and as your pet caregiver, your pet will have an immense amount of attention and I will assure they are comfortable. I have been fostering dogs through a nonprofit rescue organization for over 3 years, and am also a trained humane society volunteer. My dog, Zoei, has been having seizures since she was about 5 and has bladder issues as well in her old age. I am especially in tune with special needs dogs (and seniors), and administering medication as needed (my dog needs hers meds three times a day).

I am happy to come to your home for the pets comfort or have your dog come and stay at my home in Encinitas. I usually do it have more than one dog boarded at a time, so your dog will receive lots of attention and long walks (if that is what they prefer).

A typical day
I love learning a dogs personality and what makes them happy. I can either give them their space or give them all the attention they desire. Every dog is different, so please let me know what they normally prefer. I love walking the Cardiff rail trail, walking near the beach, walking through a new neighborhood, or taking a trail walk. I can switch it up daily if you like; the dogs love all the new smells!

I am currently on sabbatical from working as a nonprofit fundraiser and have a a good deal of time to walk, petsit and just have quality moments with your dog(s) and cats easily. ☺️
