Excellent Reviews, Constant Care

Pet care experience

• 25 years experience • Excellent Reviews • Mature, women who is a true pet lover • Care of your pet always first priority • Saftey protocols always practiced • Rarely leaves pets home alone • Gives constant love and attention • Stimulating playtimes and long leisurely sniff excursions • Pets have free range of home. Welcome on furniture/ in bed with me • Thoughtful daily updates with informative and fun stories of the day. Lots of photos I only have excellent reviews. I am often told by pup parents "I never worry...I completely trust they are in safe hands, are well loved, comfortable and happy." "They are super excited to stay again!" "I never feel guilty leaving them because I know they are very happy with you" "I love your frequent texts, photos and stories of the day" "I know you love them too" I have a gentle caretaker soul. I am very sensitive to dogs every whim. I'm always seeking out to determine how happy they are. I love talking to pups, giving them full body rubs, playing on the floor with them and going on long leisurely sniff excursions. There is no place like home is my motto. I don't have many reasons to leave the pups alone. I get most things delivered, prefer cooking at home, reading a good book or having movie night with a pile of puppies on my lap! And yes, I do share the popcorn. I have no other priorities other than pampering your pup. I've been told I am like Grandma - I get to spoil the babies ! With 25 years experience I am well versed in what could possibly go wrong. So I am diligent at taking all safety measures to keep your beloved out of harms way, Safety is one of the many reasons I love where I live. Not only do I live in a private community with very few cars and speed bumps but right on the Frederick Trail. So we never have to deal with noisy scary traffic. To name a few saftey measures: I always check that collars and harness are snug enough to avoid slipping free. I have plenty safe and savory chews strewn about which provides delicious diversion from chewing something harmful. Plus they are always within my view, under my protective eye. I installed baby gates to secure pups for when door needs to opened and gates to separate pups during feeding times; helps keep pups on special diets from eating their pals food. Although I live in an apartment I have the biggest backyard ! We spend a lot of time on the walking trail; it goes for miles with scrumptious sniffs. Besides our sniffaries we go squirreling, birding and sometimes collect sticks. Pups love to explore with their humans - not be left on their own in a typical backyard with same old sniffs. We have an enclosed "Bark Park" here. It's deliciously fun to run off leash and chase a ball! I currently do not have my own dog. I had my heart pup for 17 years. I took her where ever I went and miss her tremendously. For now I will give all my love and attention to your precious pup. Maybe sometime soon I'll be ready for a new addition...And she could join the pup pawty at Love Tail Wag Inn Bed & Bone. You could learn more about me and my pet sitting on my website: Love Tail Wag Inn Bed & Bone.

This was our first time using Rover or Rene. So glad we did! Our fur babies had a great time and she sent pictures throughout their stay which we loved! I know they loved getting to have a doggy vacation without having to stay in a kennel! Thanks so much Rene! 🐾

We believe Rene is the dog whisperer. Our dogs did great and we appreciate how they loved going back the next day. We have anxious dogs and they don’t always like where they’re going but they certainly loved going back. Thank you for taking great care of our pups.

Safety, trust & environment

Saftey, trust and loving, peaceful, soothing home with a bit of fun mixed in all with a loving caretaker who is dedicated to your pets well-being is what you can expect when your beloved furry family are staying with me. I live in a quiet neighborhood, so there's no need for nervous barking and plenty of the great outdoors for eventful sniff excursions. My home is clean and tidy with plenty of safe toys and chews readily available so the pups are less tempted to chew on something harmful. This coupled with my constant watchful and protective eye keeps pups safe at all times. First thing when your pup arrives i give them a long soothing full body rub down and whisper sweet nothings in a soft gentle voice. I often joke; then they will follow you wherever i go! So true. I can almost see their trusting hearts relax and be glad to be at Love Tail Wag Inn Bed & Bone. Your pup will get a full body rub with tail scratch and of course the ever popular belly rub each day they stay with me. Your furry family member will be gently and lovingly cared for in every way. They will have free range of my home and be comfortable on furniture and sleep in bed with me. There are no cages here but feel free to bring their crate if its inportant for their saftey & comfort. I never scold or dicipline the pups. I simply redirect their attention. I have great empathy for how very sensitive the are.

Information Rene N. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that should be accomidated for such as: • ?Food allergies - so I can keep pups separated during meal times. • ?Any aches & pains, moles and the like to be avoided during rub downs, brushing or being picked up? • Are they able to walk up steps? • Walk times they are accustomed to. • How long are they comfortable walking • Reactions when they see unknown dogs on walk • Can they slip out of collar? Do they use a harness? • Do they eat on a scheduel? Eat all at once or graze? • Are they possessive of food, toys or human attention? • Do they try to eat grass, poop or trash while out for walk? • Do they sleep in bed with a family member? Do you not want them to sleep in bed with me? Fears? Such as lightening, fireworks or large dogs? Soothing techniques? Have they ever had a traumatic experience that still affects them? Barking tendencies; dogs, people, unexpected noise, nothing apparent?

A typical day

We typically have 3 walks a day starting with a half hour tasty trot around the neighborhood before breakfast. Our afternoon outing (depending on pups ability and weather) we go for an extended sniff blazing excursion on the trail and do a bit of squirreling & birding too. Usual an hour or longer. On hot summer days we go shade hopping and sometimes just take care of biz then back into delicious air conditioning. Usually after an outing the pups enjoy playtime together or gnawing on a scrumptious chew then mosey to their favorite comfy spot to take in a savory snooze. I often get on the floor for playtime while also giving out belly rubs, a good game of tug of war or tossing a ball for a hardy game of chase. Of course if your pup is all past those playtimes they are always welcome sitting on my lap and taking in a bit more rubs & pets. After supper full body rub downs and a gentle brushing are a favorite then back to more tasty chew time, more play or a cat nap before our last call relaxed trot around to take care of last minute biz. Then we adjourn to the ever popular spot in bed with human for a savory extended overnight snooze and dreams of catching that squirrel or the Chewy man delivering more yummies!

The pups don't fit into my schedule I fit into theirs. Your pets are my lifes work and top priority. I am completely dedicated to their well-being and happiness. I rarely leave the pups home alone and have no other work or family commitments so your pet is my sole focus and receive constant love and attention. When they are taking in a savory snooze or gnawing on a scrumptious bone I always have a watchful eye on them while I do creative projects, read or post humorous and sweet dog stories. I do my yoga on the living room floor while lapping up lots of delicious dog kisses. " Nothing better than our human rolling around on our level" - Most dogs I know
