Pet care experience
We have always had pets (cats and dogs, parakeets and hamsters) and I know how difficult it is to find a loving, caring place when one is away from them. Now that I have more time I can be a home from home for others with pets. I am happy to share our calm space with other companions.

As a friend of nearly 50 years my writings might be thought to be biased, but it is not. I have seen René with pets since childhood. She has utmost care and love, irrespective whether its is her own ageing, near blind, 4 legged friend or anyone else's. Seeing her interact with my own dog has just highlighted her affinity to our four legged family members. I would recommend anyone that wants to use her pet sitting facility, to do so without hesitation or worries.

I have a few levels in my town house and a terrace for some outdoor time. In summer the house is supercool downstairs and at other times they can spend time with me on other floors in spacious rooms where I work or relax. There is enough space in various rooms for seniors or other doggies that need quieter corners.

A typical day
We have great open fields walks and a town park nearby. We used to play with Frisbees and allow our dogs to swim. We have completed many behavioral classes and socialisation classes.

Availability
I work from home max 4 hours a day and am semi-retired with not many outside activities necessitating my absence from home. I walk every morning and evening in any event in our very calm and quiet rural town. We have a park right around the corner and a vehicle suited for taking out your dog for walks in the countryside just outside of town.
