I've been caring for animals and pets (dogs, cats, parrots, raccoons, monkeys, fish and hamsters) since I was a child. I am a legal advocate for pets and the wildlife. I also have experience with diabetic cats. I know how to check for glucose levels and how to inject insulin.

While away on vacation, Rene took care of my Himalayan princess (Cheepa) and treated her like the queen that she is! Cheepa connected immediately with Rene, with his warm and fun personality! Rene regularly updated me while I was away, so I was assured that Cheepa was in great hands! Overall, very great and stress-free experience!

Full disclosure of your pet is necessary. I need to know anything you believe is necessary to keep them safe, happy and stress free. In addition, if they need a muzzle for walks please let me know and bring them with you. If you prefer that they do not go for walks and instead get exercise in the backyard, that is completely fine. Communication is always key :)
A typical day
I enjoy spending time with pets, I talk to them, I sing to them, I sit next to them and enjoy their company, we play with toys if they like it, we do walks around the neighborhood during non-busy hours (to avoid coming into contact with many other dogs, this is always done to mitigate any possible altercations with other dogs), and they can run and play in the backyard whenever they feel like it, as long as the weather conditions and the owner's instructions allow me to do so.
