Renatta is great! She takes such good care of Remus and you can tell that she truly loves the dogs she cares for. We really appreciate the updates with photos and videos, and enjoy seeing Remus playing with the other dogs there.

Renatta took such good care of my dogs and was so gentle and kind as they adjusted to their first time being boarded and away from the family. I loved seeing them on her FaceBook page while we were away. I will definitely have my girls stay with Renatta again!

Renatta took such great care of our dog! She came home exhausted and happy. We loved seeing pictures while we were away and it was clear that she was being loved and well cared for. We’ll be back!

Why send your pets to a boarding facility when they can be part of a family in your absence? Make their vacation just as fun & relaxing as yours!

You will find that I truly love caring for my guests and really enjoy giving them a home away from home while you & your family are away.

Although I do this out of my home, My business is a fully licensed commercial dog kennel through ...

What Renatta would like to know about your dog

I do not have breed preferences. However, I Because I care for dogs in our home, I can not accept small puppies or dogs that are not 100% potty trained, dogs that use potty pads for elimination, or dogs with any kind of incontinence. This includes dogs that are afraid to do their business when the weather is not cooperating. Should a dog purposely mark at a meet & greet, I will not be able to accept them. I appreciate your honesty in this.

I require a meet and greet so that I can observe each pet's temperment. I also want pet parents to see where pets will be staying to make sure that they are comfortable with us as well. Each guest MUST also be child friendly (absolutely no exceptions), as I have a 6 year old. Our home is surrounded by a six foot fence, but for the safety of your pet/s, I can not take "Fence jumpers" if they can clear a 6' fence.

While I love ALL dogs dearly and would love to accept every dog into our home, my experience with Labradoodles/ Goldendoodles has been that our house is not be the best place for them if they are still in their puppy stage or under 5 years old.

Because I sometimes have several guests at one time, I absolutely can not take high strung dogs or dogs that bark excessively. While I do have training experience, this is not part of what I offer. I love dogs, and I am here to provide a fun/ safe environment when you are away from home. Should your pet need constant, daily training and reinforcement. I will not be able to provide this outside of normal day to day care. You will need to find a facility better suited for your his or her needs.

When Renatta watches your pet

Here's where we'll take our walks
I no longer take the big dogs on walks as I am worried about a dog slipping through his or her leash. However, our guests have space to play, wrestle, and sniff about in our backyard. We spend lots of time playing indoors & out as well when it is nice.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement
For those dogs that prefer the coziness of their own kennels, I tuck them in for the night. For the ones who are used to co-sleeping, they follow us to our bedroom. We lay blankets and pillows down to help them feel comfortable. We encourage families to bring a blanket or doggie bed from home, as this provides comfort and added security. To avoid any possible accidents, I usually offer a potty break during the middle of the night just in case anybody needs one.

Time I'll spend with your dog
I am home most of the day. I do run usual errands and take care of necessities, however I am never gone for long at all. So, my guests spend almost all of their time with my family and I doing whatever they like... playing, wrestling, splashing in the kiddie pool, chasing the laser light, and (if it is okay with the parents) enjoying a nice drive when we feel like getting out for a bit!

Your dog will get to feel at ease while you are out. He or she will spend time in our home as a family member, not cooped up in a kennel.
