Pet care experience
I have owned pittie mixes for the past 5 years and adopted a little scruffy dog in November 2023. I have been dog walking and pet sitting part time since 2015. I volunteered for the Cleveland kennel for a few years as well. I have cared for a wide variety of breeds and temperaments and am comfortable with big or small pups, variety of temperaments, dietary needs, etc. While I have a fenced in yard, I love going on daily walks as well and I do my best to keep to your dogs routine as much as possible. I have 2 resident dogs, Peppa (pittie) and Ducky (the little). They are dog social and loves to play but I require a meet and greet prior to accepting a board. I also request that dogs I board are crate trained - going to a new house can be stressful for pups and this way they are safe when they are left home alone. ❤️

My dog Daisy stays with Renae and Peppa twice a week while I’m at work and she absolutely loves it! She is always excited to see Renae and Peppa and comes home exhausted from a day of playing. Renae is very timely with her communication and takes lots of great pictures throughout the day.
Renee is the best! She takes such good care of our critters and is the sweetest. Can't say enough good things about her!

I try my best to maintain your dogs schedule/routine as much as possible to ease the transition. I ask that boarding dogs are crated since my dogs are also crate trained. Exceptions can be made upon meet and greet and size of the pup. Dogs are allowed on the couch, in bed, and I am happy to follow any directions you may have. I have been dog sitting/walking for quite some time and take great pride in caring for other’s dogs as if they were my very own.

No breed preference - I love all dogs equally! Before board, I would like to know about any health concerns, behavorial quirks, dietary restrictions/allergies, daily routine and of course their likes and dislikes. I want to try to keep their day to day as normal as possible (or better!) while you are away. A stay-cation of sorts while you are out traveling for work or pleasure.
A typical day
I love walking through the metroparks because generally they are always right around the corner from everywhere you are and it is a safe and fun place for walker and walkee. We can stick to the paths or go off course some and explore the foot trails. I will always follow owner direction though if they have a specific routine or preference. During the work day I am able to provide potty breaks every few hours and we can do a longer walk/outing on lunch. Peppa also loves to sun bathe on nice days and would love a pup to join her.

Availability
I work from home full time and have a fenced in yard. Both my girls are playful and would love to have a friend to pal around with. If you have a less playful pup, they pick up pretty well on the vibes and will be chill if your dog wants to chill. We can do potty breaks on walks or I have a fenced in yard. I am able to offer potty breaks every few hours but I am working Monday-Friday 8-5 so I do ask that dogs are able to self entertain for a couple hours because I do have meetings and such throughout the day.
