Pet care experience
I'm a recent college graduate with a degree in comparative literature and a minor in Russian. I just moved to CT from MA and am looking forward to getting the lay of the land. When I'm not working I spend my time writing, reading, and making costumes. I absolutely adore animals of all kinds but dogs especially hold a special place in my heart. I had two dogs growing up, Tally and Cassie, both incredibly intelligent poodles. I would love to dog sit for families because it would be so much fun to hang out with dogs like my poodles, both of whom have sadly passed away. I have experience walking, playing with, and even training dogs. I am looking forward to meeting many dogs!
Reviews
Ren A. has grown up with, nurtured, loved and cared for two standard poodles, Tally and Cassie, from the time each was a puppy and throughout their lives. Tally joined Ren’s family in 2001 and Cassie in 2007, and they were constant companions until Ren moved away to college in 2012. Tally passed away (from complications of old age) in Ren’s arms in 2014, and Cassie and Ren remain best friends to the present. Ren is a graduate of Wellesley College with a degree in comparative literature,, a four-year varsity athlete on the college's accomplished field hockey team, and the first ever recipient of the college’s Joy Renjilian-Burgy Inspirational Award 2014-2015. Ren is a mature, responsible, caring dog-lover who would care for your dog as if s/he were a member of Ren’s own family.
