While I'd love to have your pet at my home, unfortunately my building by-laws do not allow that. I'll treat your pets with as much love as I would if they were my own (spoiler: that's a whole heck of a lot!). I've never owned my own dog, but I have lived with roommates who have dogs and have regularly looked after them any time my roommate needed to be out of town. During our meet & greet visit, I'd like to meet with you and your pet(s) and find out how exactly what sort of services you are looking for - expect a lot of questions (err on the side of caution, right?). I have huge respect for the fact that this is your pet - your family - and I want to do things the same way that you would! I will bring a questionnaire and fill it out as we discuss various topics so that everything is written down and our mutual expectations are aligned. Fine print: - I would love to check in on your "giant" (100+ lbs) dog, but please only request walks for that size if they NEVER pull or quickly respond to corrections - I am petite. - Any unavoidable parking costs incurred while visiting or staying at your home are payable by the pet owner. - Cat care is available only as an add on to a dog care service. - Sitting services include the following house sitting services - just tell me which are applicable: - Watering houseplants (outdoor gardening available for an additional fee) - Bringing black, blue, and green bins to curb and back - Cleaning up after myself (duh! - you won't know I was there) - Tidying as made necessary by your pet (ex. sweep shedding, clean up accidents, change cat litter, etc.). - Checking mail/signing for deliveries - Other tasks, as requested (additional fee may apply)
