Pet care experience
I have taken care of pets for years and have been on Rover for 5 years. I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters and love doing it. Your pet will be in the best of care when they are with me. I am a very active person so I love going on walks and love running. I also have a dog of my own who stays with me while I am at college. I have worked with many elderly dogs and it is one of my specialties, so if you have an elderly dog I understand what goes into their care and know that they need a little extra help and loving. I am in college studying Geography and I love what I do. I am always around Baton Rouge so I am usually available! I love pets and taking care of people so I’m very flexible in whatever you need.

I’m always walking around the lakes or on campus so your pet with have a great active day when they are with me! I have a private pet yard with my apartment for Off leash running/playing. My dog has free roam of the house but she is also crate trained if needed. I have a big porch for your pup to sun bathe. For your home, it is my responsibility to ensure the safety of your pet and make sure they are as loved as they are when you’re around. I am great at following any instructions or routine you have in place for your home and pet.

I do not have any breed preference. I would like to know if the dog needs any special care. If the dog is staying in my apartment, I’d love to have a little met so our dogs can be introduced. Lola, my dog, is wonderful and she loves making new friends!
A typical day
I frequently go to university lakes with my dog and I also visit the surround parks so your pet will receive a lot of play time and walk time.

Availability
I currently work at LSU as a teaching assistant. My work schedule is very flexible and I only need to be on campus for classes (maximum 3 hours away from your pet). I’m an early riser and a night owl (life of a research lol) so I can accommodate any schedule your pet may have.
