Pet care experience
I am a lifelong dog lover with four years of ownership/training under my belt. I've lived with dogs of all sizes and energy levels and have experience walking and sitting for everything from Dachshunds to Danes. I have lots of energy and love being outside exploring and getting exercise, so long walks are no issue! I believe in supporting dogs and setting them up for success, and will work hard to make sure your boundaries and rules are enforced kindly and your dog has the highest possible standard of care. I love being outside rain, snow, or shine, and am always happiest hanging out with animals. I also have fairly extensive housesitting experience and would love to help keep your home safe and your pets happy while you are away. Housesitting or drop-ins with me guarantee three or more walks per day.

I felt comfortable with Reilly the second she showed up for our meet and greet. She is a genuine character who goes the extra mile. This meant a lot, as my 8 YO lab mix suffered from separation anxiety on our recent move. Reilly came to find her somehow escaped from her crate and the carpet and mat from inside the crate in little pieces. (Not normal behavior for this dog) Reilly offered to keep her company the rest of the afternoon to make sure she was comfortable and safe. It feels good to have meet someone so caring and nice that I could trust with my dog. Will def be requesting more visits from Reilly!
Reilly has been caring for animals since she was a toddler on the small homestead farm she was raised on. She has an old-fashioned ethic for work, reliability and trustworthiness. She's also very perceptive and sensitive, so she's able to understand that every animal is an individual and respond to their individual needs in that way. Her own doggo, Sona, is a testament to her skills and care. A rescue, he is now physically and emotionally healthy and stable, and was able to be a daily guest at our camp for children for 5 weeks last summer and was a delight and support to all our campers and staff. Reilly's also very fit and active, so if you have high-energy pet needs, she might even be able to wear them out a bit! I would happily entrust my children and pets to Reilly and I give her my highest recommendation.
There are few people I know who love dogs more than Reilly. Her own dog is well-loved and well cared-for, and she enjoys interacting with many other dog acquaintances and friends. I would recommend her as a responsible and knowledgeable dog caregiver.
Reilly has watched my dog for long extended travel and shes taken him on walks and hikes during the day. My dog fell in love with Reilly. She's sweet and caring and an excellent caregiver for dogs. I highly recommend her!

I'd like to be sure the dog is friendly to humans once properly introduced, and of course I'll always want the primer on what commands he/she should use, when to feed and give treats, and accurate expectations about behavior around other dogs and people out on walks. I am happy to hang out with any and all breeds but have a special soft spot for large, fluffy dogs like Great Pyrenees and Bernese Mountain Dogs, and am also a huge pitbull fan.
A typical day
I live right next to a five-mile complex of hiking trails and drive to other trails daily. I love taking advantage of the many hiking trails Chattanooga has to offer, or just walking through the beautiful neighborhoods of the city.
