Due to a couple of clients moving out of state, I now have openings for weekly walks for clients in the Northern to Mid Reno/ Verdi area. * Willing to drive further if gas is considered into pricing.* Through my experience, I’ve found that longer walks ensure your pups have a enough time to enjoy themselves outdoors and get out most of their energy while you’re at work or away. My favorite walks are off leash trailing, but I respect the wishes of clients who may prefer on leash walks depending on what your dog is used to and your preference. Once I have a relationship with your dog/dogs I would love to drive your pup to nearby trails or parks if the owner (and pup) is comfortable with it. I am committed to your fur baby family and would love to get your pup on a regular walking schedule. I love caring for cats too! House sitting: Per night for 1 dog ($95) Per night for 2 dogs ($115) Per night for 3 dogs ($135) Flexibility with Schedule: I make my walking schedule every week and text each of my clients what times they can expect me for the week every weekend - (every Sunday, sometimes earlier). If you are somebody that likes to have their pet on a schedule, we will be a great fit! I love to keep things organized between us. If you’re able to book in advance with me, I can always make room in my schedule for your pet when there is flexibility of what time I can come. I walk dogs full time who live in different parts of town so having an open time frame to coordinate my schedule for my clients of when I can come by helps me out tremendously (example: Reighan can come anytime between 11 am & 1:00 pm). If you have a specific time in mind I’m always happy to see if it will work with my existing walking schedule, but flexibility is preferred since my route around town for walks can be different each day. Sometimes I’m traveling from the opposite side of town finishing up a walk so if you’re flexible with times in which I can walk your pup I’m confident we will be a great match! I will always send a picture of your pet during my visit with them and let you know how our walk went. I am available Mon-Fri (occasional weekends) for walks and do my walks between 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. Depending on how many walks I have in a day, times that I walk your pup may vary slightly each week- but the times I send out for the current week ahead will always be consistent (you will always know in advance when to expect me). For house sits I am available Mon- Sun (house sits can book up quickly, so if you’re able to plan with me in advance to coordinate dates that would be awesome!) Experience: I grew up with a wide variety of pups (Miniature Pinscher, Great Dane, English Setter, Black Lab, mixed breeds and a deaf Dalmatian/ Pointer mix), so I welcome and love all breeds, sizes and disabilities. I am comfortable walking in the rain & snow. I love hiking, long & short walks and enjoy the outdoors. I work with all types of dogs. From those trying to lose weight to those who simply love the outdoors and need to get their energy out while you’re away. I'm comfortable around all animals and would love to get to know yours! I ran track & cross country for the University of Nevada and have plenty of energy to keep up with your dog. I'm a loving person with a lifetime's worth of experience with dogs. About Me: Originally from Michigan, I moved to Reno on a track scholarship from UNR when I was 18. I graduated from the University of Nevada in December 2017 with a Journalism Degree and minor in Cultural Anthropology. I worked as a Creative Director for a local Television show during my senior year / after I graduated but left the company because I fell in love with this line of work. It allows me to be inspired outdoors everyday and I get to work with wonderful people and dogs. I am passionate about video production, video editing, dancing and am currently learning how to produce music. My dream is to travel the world and make meaningful documentaries one day - but right now I am enjoying every moment doing what I love between my animal care business and my own creative ventures.
