After adopting my new puppy Jackson from a local rescue I was looking around for trainers in the area. By chance I happened to go in to PetSmart in Knightdale where Reggie is the trainer and ran in to him and Guiness. Reggie is an awesome person with an energy and attitude of patience that every dog I've seen him interact with has responded very well to. His methods are kind and VERY effective. He is very patient with the dogs but also with the owners. Looking very forward to working with Reggie on further training with Jackson and would recommend him to anyone in the immediate or even surrounding areas.

Storm is making progress. There is a dog down the street and I know she seen it and she didn't even make a sound. She doesn't bark at ppl anymore either. Yesterday when I walked her around the neighborhood and there were kids playing and ppl getting out there car and not a single bark cam from her mouth. There's even a dog that barks at her when we walk past a fence and she doesn't even bark at that anymore. The Progress ??
