This was our first time using Reginald. Our dog has not been socialized so he is nervous around other animals. While we were gone, he did well with a cat and another dog which is pretty impressive. He also pulls hard on the leash but Reginald was able to take him on multiple walks. He also came back clean. We would use Reginald again.

My dog looked happy when we picked her up so that was a nice thing. They did great at communicating at first but then didn’t answer me at all one of the days. We purposely booked with them because it said they had no other dogs, and when we got to their place there was a dog and a cat. Our dog is not always friendly with other animals, therefore we were worried on how she would do. Other than that, we were very pleased. The caretakers were very friendly and welcoming!😁

Reginald took excellent care of my pup! He responded quickly to messages and seems to genuinely like dogs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t write reviews lightly, I always wait until Pepper has stayed at least twice, and this was her second stay… definitely not her last. Reggie (and his amazing lady) are truly special. The moment Pepper sees them, she loses her mind in the best way…. full-body wiggles, desperate rubs, and nearly dislocating my arm trying to get to them this last time. That alone tells me everything I need to know. This stay was longer, and Reggie went above and beyond he even washed her, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Pepper came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved, not just “watched.” Reggie has officially become my home of choice whenever I have to travel for work. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Pepper is somewhere she’s genuinely excited to be, with people who care for her like their own. If you’re lucky enough to get on his calendar, don’t hesitate….your pup will thank you. 🐾💛

Pepper loved her stay. He was knowledgeable and clearly an animal lover. Will be booking him again!
