Pet care experience
Our families have both always had dogs and we help take care of them/train them when we’re home. Now that we’re living away from our families, we miss having pets around to love on!! We go on daily walks so it’s easy to bring a dog with us. We live together and it is easy peasy to keep up with dog care responsibilities between the 2 of us!! Regan is hybrid and James works fully remote. We live in a fenced in apartment complex with a large fenced in dog park, and we have a large patio with a runner. There are many trails and dog parks near us (we usually go on the Butler river trail). Because of the size of our apartment and level of ability to give attention, we limit to 2 dogs at a time (same home or different). We have toys, bones, extra dry food, food/water bowls, and a dog bed in case you forget any of the details. Let us know if you have questions!🐶🐾🦴

Regan watched Yogi for one night while I was in Austin for a festival. She gracefully managed a logistical handoff of him to another dogsitter we previously booked and was really communicative and kind. Would definitely have her watch him if we’re back in town!

We are very attentive to our dog’s needs and love to give our dogs play time frequently. If boarding, we will take dogs out frequently for potty breaks and at least on one longer walk every day. We also have a fenced in dog party in our apartment complex.

A typical day
We love to play with the dogs we watch around our place with toys and games. We have a balcony that we let dogs go and sit on to watch the tree canopy for squirrels and other critters outside our apartment. We live close to the river and typically walk a loop from South Congress to the walking bridge and back. We also love hiking trails through the hills and go about once a week.

Availability
We both work remote/hybrid 9-5 jobs so we’’really most available outside of those hours for walks. Boarding works great any days with our schedules since James works fully remotely so is home every day.
