Pet care experience
I've been around animals throughout my life. My family always had pets, and since an early age, I've seen dogs in particular as pure and compassionate creatures. I have always believed that they are just as deserving of respect and dignity as we are, and can think of no better way to earn a living than caring for these sweet little angels. My experience working as a volunteer at Young Williams and other animal shelters combined with my personal experience caring for my own pets has given me a great skill set to do so.

I have a big yard with a fenced in area on the side. My back yard leads down a really nice nature trail where I like to walk on my own or with dogs.

Let me know in advance if your dog has any special needs or accommodations I need to make. I'm willing to work with dogs who have a "prey drive" or have issues with other dogs, I just ask for advance notice so I can be mindful of that during walks.
A typical day
I love to stay active and enjoy jogging or walking with dogs. My favorite place to walk dogs is the Greenway here in Maryville. On really hot days or just with lazier buddies, lounging and cuddling can be just as nice.

Availability
I'm currently attending college classes virtually in an asynchronous format, which allows me to devote as much time as I have available to part time work. My classes are taught entirely through textbook study, so I don't have any particular days when I'm unavailable.
