I have been a dog lover my entire life. I use positive reinforcement when training animals. I use a calm and encouraging voice and am incredibly patient. I often dog sit for friends dogs and have experience handling different personalities. I am a former employee of The Washington Post but have decided to stay home to spend more time with my son when he is not in school. Rebekah was my first Rover walker, and I am so pleased to have found someone whom I will request for future walks. Rebekah walked my Toby twice this week and everything went smoothly. Toby and I did a meet and greet with her prior to the first walk, and we both could tell that Rebekah is kind, caring, and a true “dog person.” She was punctual and responsible. Highly recommend.
Rebekah was awesome! My pup and I are brand new to the area, and I was concerned about having to leave him alone all day so soon after moving. I was surprised yet extremely appreciative when she suggested a meet & greet with my pup ahead of time to get comfortable with him, my place and his set-up. It’s obvious that she cared a great deal about my pup’s comfort and all parties involved being a good fit. It was also immediately apparent upon meeting Rebekah that she has an incredibly kind disposition, so I knew my pup would be in great hands. She arrived promptly and provided updates and cute photos. I was very pleased and will definitely utilize Rebekah again!

I would like to know if your dog gets along with other dogs in passing. Does your dog have tendency to chase squirrels or pull hard during walks? I feel most comfortable caring for smaller/calmer dogs
A typical day
We will walk to the park and along quiet streets. We will play tug of war and fetch and any other favorite games your pooch has!
