Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets my entire life, so I get along with dogs of all sizes and cats too. My parents own a blue heeler that I visit and play with often, and they also own a fun, lovable mutt that likes to play keep away with the ball. These guys have taught me how much I love love love being around animals. I also am very physically active, so I am enthusiastic about taking your dog for a much needed long (or short, whatever floats your boat) walk. In regards to pet sitting, I have pet sat before and will be glad to take care of/check in on your pet while you are away. I am pretty flexible, so feel free to reach out and let me love your pet!

Rebekah was amazing with our dog Toby. She kept us updated with pictures and notes. We felt so comfortable leaving Toby in Rebekah’s care and he loved her dog too. What a wonderful experience.

Before I pet sit, I would like to know the breed, if there are any dietary restrictions and health concerns, and if the dog exhibits any aggressive behavior towards strangers or other dogs.
A typical day
I will walk the dog through neighborhoods, on walking trails (hello, Lady Bird Lake), or anywhere that is pedestrian and dog friendly. If your dog likes to run like I do, I might even take him/her for a jog! I am also open to taking your dog to an off-leash area, if permitted, where he/she can run and around and play with other dogs.
