I am passionate about providing high-quality care for all animals. As an educator, I take great responsibility in caring for families' children, and I take the same responsibility when it comes to your fur-baby! I have the patience and kindness required to learn about your pet's unique needs, interests, likes/dislikes, etc. in order to provide him or her the same quality and comfort of care while you're away. While I'm a lifelong cat mom (I have three cats currently -- Gouda, Chance, and Grace), I am really a lifelong animal lover. Animals are pure of heart and simply fun to spend time with. For 4 years, I regularly house-sat and provided daily care for a beloved pug, Sally, who required a specialized diet and both oral and injected medication administration. Her daily walks included a route stopping at her favorite diner for a water break and at the end being carried up the stairs (hip complications). Sadly I have since moved far away from Sally's home but look forward to providing your pet with the same high-quality care based on his or her individual needs. I am very flexible in adapting to your pet's needs and preferences -- I'm happy to take a trip to their favorite dog park, learn their walking route, play games, or simply their favorite belly rub routine. I have experience with cats and dogs, big pets and small, old and young. To quote Parks & Rec, one of my favorite shows, "animals should be rewarded for not being people." My pledge to you and your pet is to treat them like my own. Safety & reliability are my number one priorities.
