After a very stressful workday, I had many missed calls and texts from the sitter and rover. The sitter denies the time we agreed upon and tried to charge me an additional 60% price increase for only 30 minutes. We had a mutual miscommunication on the end time, but she became very rude and abrasive when I reached her. When I got to her apartment, she was very sweet and did not bring up the extra fee. She then requested the fee after I was home. This felt very sneaky and unprofessional, as she didn't discuss it with me in person and even said 'I understand' with the time discrepancy. Doggy daycare is for people who have jobs and obligations during the day and need a trusted and stress free sitter. This was not that. I won't ever use her again, and I would highly recommend you find someone different. On a side note, she lives in a massive apartment complex and her profile says she has a fenced in yard. That is a lie.
