Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since I was in elementary school - both family pets and pet-sitting for others in the neighborhood - which amounts to more than two decades of pet care experience. In addition to my personal experience with animals, I am also a biologist (who focused on wildlife management while obtaining my undergraduate degree), and I utilize that academic experience to enhance the care I provide for my own pets as well as pet customers. I have experience in basic pet training, puppy care, and senior dog care. I also have experience with pets who have special needs (i.e. anxiety issues, administering medication, deaf, and amputee).
Reviews
Rebekah has a deep love for all animals but particularly dogs and cats. Reliable, organized, and fun. I would not trust my pets with anyone else.
Rebekah is the best pet owner I know! She loves on her pups and cats daily, making her home office a comfortable place for them to be during the work day. She will treat your pets just as her own!

I have established and strive to maintain a safe, stimulating, routine and environment for my own pets and hope to assist clients in providing the same for their beloved babies. I prefer to have information from pet parents regarding routine, procedures, behavioral correction techniques, etc. to keep consistency with pets. Our household generally uses positive reinforcement and spray bottle deterrence, as applicable, to guide and enforce good behavior and safety routines. Please note that regardless of request of preference, I WILL NOT use an electric shock collar for behavioral correction and use pinch/choke collars only in exceptional cases after discussion with the pet parent(s).

A typical day
I default to what pet parents share is the preferred activity/routes. Fetch and tug-of-war are my typical "go-to" activities. My goal with walks is usually to head toward a nearby park or open space with less traffic activity and noise.
