Pet care experience
Growing up my family had a standard poodle, and I would take her on walks, feed her, give her baths, give her lots of pets and cuddles, etc. (I included one photo of her). I also am used to babysitting families with dogs, so in addition to watching the kiddos, I would watch and take care of the dogs as well. I have cat-sit as well, but dogs have my heart! I do currently own a hedgehog who is the sweetest boy ever, as you can see in my pictures.

Update to a previous review. I use Rebekah about 1-2 times every week now while I am in clinicals. SHE IS AMAZING! She is by far the best sitter I have had experience with and I have used multiple sitters in the past. I highly recommended her and promise you won’t regret it. Thank you for all you do Rebekah, I greatly appreciate your help🙂
Rebekah was very attentive and did great with my little boy. She’s very good at responding and is kind. Would definitely recommend her for your baby if you need some help. I will definitely book with her again when needed☺️

The most important thing when caring for a pet is to make sure they are comfortable and have someone genuine who will not just take care of their needs but also show lots of love. The key is patience when you have a dog that is tentative — it doesn’t make any sense to stress a dog out just to get something done quickly. Once you’ve gained a dog’s trust, then I love to give extra pets and cuddles ☺️

It’s important that I know about any sort of aggressive behavior (biting, hostility towards humans or other dogs, etc) and whether or not a dog is house trained (most are but you’d be surprised the amount of times I’ve had to clean up pee because a dog wasn’t crate trained!)
A typical day
I am a dog person through and through, so I love spending time with all dogs of all breeds. I am up for whatever whether it’s a high energy game of fetch or chilling on the couch for some belly rubs

Typically I’m free in the afternoons on weekdays and my schedule tends to be more open on the weekends. I have a couple different daily commitments, so my schedule tends to jump around a bit, so feel free to reach out with any specific questions about timing/scheduling 😅
