Looking for someone to care for your pet while you’re away or busy for the weekend? We are your people! Reliable, trustworthy and without any pets of our own, we’ll give your pet our undivided attention Hi, we’re Zac and Rebecca. We’d love to have a dog of our own, but our hectic work schedules keep us busy most weekdays. Rebecca works in health law, and Zac has an MSc and works for a medical device company. We are excited that Rover allows us to care for dogs and get in some quality snuggle time while we’re home on weekends. We live in Riverdale and love walking around the beautiful tree lined streets. We are right near a dog park at Gerrard and Carlaw as well as Riverdale Park and Withrow Park for both on and off leash walking options. There are plenty of dog friendly coffee shops and even dog friendly breweries nearby! We have a 3 bedroom, 2 story semi detached house with plenty of room for your pet to explore and hang out. If your pet has mobility issues with stairs, we can set them up on our main floor with lots of cozy space. There’s photos of our place in our profile, and feel free to ask for any additional photos that would be helpful. We’re generally available for boarding anytime between Friday after work to Sunday evening, though may have some flexibility if needed. We’re also available for some evening visits during the week, and Rebecca is usually available Thursdays during the day. We may be able to board Wednesday evening to Sunday evening if your dog is able to be alone for several hours on the Friday while we go into the office. We also both have cars and may be able to pick up or drop off depending on your location. Rebecca: When I was living at home in Ottawa, my family got a German Shepherd mix rescue named Guinness, who I took to puppy obedience school and walked daily for 7 years. I gave him his oral medication, which he loved because he was allowed to have it in cheese! After moving to Toronto, I missed the canine companionship, and now I get to enjoy pet sitting for our friends in Toronto. And hopefully for you too!
