Pet care experience
I've been the go-to dog- and cat-sitter for neighbors, friends, and family my whole life. I grew up with bichons, and currently live with a lab mix (and two cats). I especially love giving active dogs an outlet and going for long walks or runs, and being a couch potato with the sleepier ones. I have worked as a geriatric nursing assistant and know how to be a responsible caregiver and also have experience administering shots and medicine to sick pets.

Rebecca has been one of Mickey's favorite walkers! She has a very calm demeanor when she first approached him that made him feel very safe, very quickly. Mickey has a lot of anxiety and she was able to keep him active and happy while I was away. Rebecca's love for animals makes her one of the best walkers I have encountered!
Rebecca is extremely responsible and reliable and pays very close attention to detail. She cares deeply for all animals and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are safe and loved. Rebecca always follows through with plans, communicates well, and treats every dog like they are her own. Any dog would be lucky to have her as their walker or sitter!
Rebecca has taken care of our dog on multiple occasions and has never failed to demonstrate the utmost caring and affection for him. She has my complete confidence when it comes to making decisions related to his health and well-being. She is trustworthy and can be relied on to carry out whatever task she has taken on. In short, when it comes to entrusting your dog to the care of another, you can't choose better than Rebecca!
We have used Rebecca multiple times and she is the best pet sitter I've ever hired. She's super communicative and responsible and our pets just love her!

A typical day
I'm a big animal-enrichment nerd, so we'll play games, catch, and practice any tricks they know (for treats of course). We can run around in my big fenced yard, walk around my quiet neighborhood in Brookland, or go for a high-energy run on the Metropolitan Branch Trail, a mile from my house. We'll also probably cuddle up and watch Netflix in the evenings!

I'm available for your evening walks and long weekends away! I'm home full-time from Friday-Sunday (and I'm a busy social work student from 9-5 Monday-Thursday).
