I grew up with dogs. We had dalmatians. i can pill a dog, groom short-medium-haired, and re-enforce training. dogs and I get along very well.

A typical day
Cat- play with various wriggly things, pet and massage, feed as needed, brush, and clean litter box. Dog- talk to the dog, review sit commands, feed, prepare for walk, take out for walk- vigorous if needed, throw something toy or stick), run with dog, brush dog, pick up waste as needed, read to the dog a bit, settle dog and transition to quieter time (if staying over).

I work a flexible schedule as a college instructor and freelance writer so I am readily available. I can house sit Friday-Sun, and for extended times upon request depending on my schedule at the time requested.
