Je parle aussi français Growing up, I wished for a dog every birthday candle, shooting star, four leaf clover, and fallen eyelash. When I was 9 years old I finally got my first furry best friend - a great dane black lab mix named Boots, and he was truly a dream come true. When I was 17 I saved up all my babysitting money and got a toy poodle shih tzu mix who I named Romeo because he was my great teenaged love. Today, I care for my elderly orange tabby named Ginger in her final years with many health complications. It's safe to say that pets have always been a part of my life and I understand how important yours is to you. I have a gentle and playful approach and I find pets warm to me quickly. I can also promise to be communicative and punctual so that you can feel at ease leaving your pets and home in my care. I have a green thumb and will take good care of your plants if needed.

Rebecca is amazing, she followed all of my (very complicated) instructions with no issues and Baker really enjoys his long walks with her.
Rebecca was a great cat-sitter! My cat really trusted her right away which is great. I was happy to receive daily photos and videos from her while I was away. Communication with her was easy. Plus she was amenable to my cat's particular feeding quirks, which was very reassuring. I would be happy to contact her for my future pet care needs.
Rebecca did a great job taking care of our quirky little Chihuahua and our home while we were out of town for a week. Cooper was immediately comfortable with Rebecca when she dropped over for our meet-and-greet. As agreed, she texted updates and pics several times throughout the week. We arrived home to a tidy home and a happy and contented pup. Rebecca also texted to ensure that we had arrived home safely, which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone in need of a home/pup sitter.

I have experience caring for pets with complex medical needs and am comfortable administering medications etc.

A typical day
Je parle aussi français I love taking dogs to the dog park if they enjoy that. Watching them play together always makes me smile! I am also happy to go on long walks or hikes. I appreciate that the dogs get me outside rain or shine (or snow or hail)! Inside I have been told by a dog or two that I am an excellent tug-of-war and wrestling companion. I understand that cats are independent thinkers, and I follow their lead: if they want to play, cuddle, or simply enjoy another presence in the home I am here for it! We are always fast friends by the end of a visit.

Je parle aussi français I study full time and live with two roommates and my elderly cat. I also LOVE dogs, but my cat just doesn't feel the same way as me. I'm looking for home stays and local dog walks so that I can spend some time with YOUR dog (or cat!) and have a quiet place to study.
