I used to work full time at the Canine Social Club in Asheville and am happy to provide references from my co-workers. The canine social club focuses on providing a playful environment for social dogs to learn to play well with other dogs. We had monthly staff trainings with Kim Brophey, a dog trainer in the area. Now, I own my own health and life coaching business! My schedule is super flexible and I work 100% remote so I can spend a lot of time hanging with your animals. 2 years ago I adopted my own dog, Henna. She struggled a lot with fear and aggression towards humans. I worked with her for 6 months with a certified dog trainer and am very familiar with reading dog’s body languages especially shy/scared dogs. She is no longer with me due to the severity of her fears and the incompatibility with my lifestyle. I am open to sharing more about my experiences with this if requested. I also am a very active, adventurous person and am open to pet sitting for higher energy dogs that would want to come on runs or hikes with me! I do still really enjoy my time with cuddly, lazy pups.
