I will love your dog like my own!
Pet care experience
I have had a dog in my life since I was 15 and couldn't live without one. I have a gorgeous little border terrier who is always with me, she is very friendly, likes walks and play time and would love to have a buddy stay over. I have an enclosed garden. I am very relaxed about rules, but will follow the rules that your dog is used to so they don’t play you up when you come home! I am strict with food and don’t give “human food” unless you specifically ask for this. I love walks and we walk every day. I am right next to Darland Banks and some playing fields so there are plenty of great walks on my doorstep and no need to take the dogs anywhere in a car. I will keep them on a lead at all times. Please note, I only take ONE dog at a time, but I will consider 2 dogs from the same household.

Becky looked after my dog Rex for a long weekend. He loved playing with her dog Bella. She walked him every day. I left his food, bed and some off his favourite toys. When I picked him up he was happy and i think he wanted to stay longer. I will use Becky again.
Rebecca looked after Charlie my border terrier for 2 weeks in January whilst I was on a ski holiday. She sent regular photos on WhatsApp and I could tell he was well looked after.

To ensure safety of dogs in my care, I would discuss the needs of the animals with the owner so that I am able to meet them. I have a house with a fenced yard so no escaping! The dogs can go anywhere in the house, including snuggles on the sofa. I have a dog, so at the owners request I can keep the dogs separated if I am out of the house/ at night time/ at feeding time. You will need to supply your dogs favourite food.

A typical day
The activities we would do would depend on your dog, I want to make sure your dogs is happy and stimulated, my dog is always with me so we will all have lots of playtime, walks and snuggles.

I work from home full time so will be available for your dog at all times, I will only leave them for short times if I cannot take them with me. I will always discuss with the owner the needs of the dog to ensure I can meet them so they will feel at home.
