I love to interact with animals. I personally have been a pet parent to dogs, cats, birds and a bunny. I was raised on a farm in the midwest so being around animals is second nature. I grew up with all of the farm chores, equal parts feeding and cleaning up after. I am newly retired and looking for a way to help people. I know how important it is to me, when I am away, to be confident in who is minding 'my kids'. (Chloe and Tiggy ages 7,5). I am retired from the health care field and very comfortable assessing and administering medications. I believe caring for pets is rewarding both for the caregiver as well as the client, and pet.
