Rebecca was truly amazing with my dog, Sugar! She was super quick to respond to my last-minute request for care (since I was passing through LA on a road-trip and needed some dog care so my family could visit a museum) and she was quick to reply to my follow up questions for care arrangements. She sent me regular updates and photos about my dog’s stay at her place. When I picked up my dog, she gave a comprehensive summary of how it went and I could see that he wanted to stay with her longer. Rebecca is awesome! She was very patient with my cat who hates her prescription food, and spent time taking photos to let me know she's doing okay. Rebecca also responds quickly, especially when there are situations happening (eg, what to do since she's not eating her food) . Really appreciate Rebecca coming in and helping out!
