Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around animals. From hamsters to chicken and most things in between. I’ve been a dog owner for the last 12 years and a cat owner for the last 11! I have recently (tried to) tame a cockapoo puppy from the age of 11 weeks so I have recent puppy experience and believe in positive reinforcement training along with exercising their brain to keep them calm - busy toys are my fave! I have also cared for an elderly dog with multiple skin issues, so am comfortable applying creams etc.

I will provide love & affection whilst following any training/rules you as parents follow. I am happy to clean out litter tray/ clean up puppy pads. Give enrichment toys. Do short training sessions. I have a VERY friendly cockapoo who I’m happy to bring along on visits for socialisation if that’s something you’d like.

It is important for me to know any dietary restrictions, training schedules & general behaviour triggers etc. aswell as any rules you impose as parents (my animals rule the house so not many rules are applied here lol) but I am happy to adhere to your rules in your house
A typical day
I have recently learnt that mental stimulation is just as important as physical exercise. Therefore as much as I love a long walk in the park and encouraging my Goldie locks to swim wherever she can (she doesn’t need much encouragement) I also like to provide lots of busy toys - snuffle mats, kongs etc!

Availability
I work part time, but would like to replace my office job with pet care! I care for my own animals so I understand the strain of being a pet parent!
