Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover. I am a committed volunteer for a few rescue groups in the area. I have had countless fosters over the years. Because of this, I have experience in many different areas. I am comfortable with administering medications, I have worked with feral cats and dogs, bottle fed orphaned animals, and more. I went to school in Giddings, TX to work on my vet tech certification. I am also a certified Animal Control Officer, and I have certifications in dangerous dog handling, cruelty investigation, and much more. I worked as a medical care technician at the ASPCA in Manhattan, and I have experience working as a surgical veterinary technician. I have two dogs and a cat of my own that I consider family. I have been walking dogs for about a year now, and I have many clients that i work with daily that I can put you in touch with for references.

Rebecca is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I rescued my Cocker Spaniel Mango almost 6 months ago and have been using Rebecca's services pretty much shortly after I got him. From our very first meeting, Mango was in love with Rebecca and I loved her interaction with him! Rebecca takes great care of Mango and is extremely reliable. She walks Mango weekly and has boarded him whenever I've had to travel. I get great updates & photos and she's even introduced Mango to some of his best doggie friends! She is also very flexible if I have any last minute bookings or changes. I definitely recommend Rebecca--she treats my Mango like family and her care & compassion goes beyond measure!

A typical day
It all completely depends on your pet's needs. We have a puppy at home that needs to be exercised multiple times a day, so we go into our yard and throw a ball or a frisbee, work on commands, practice leash walking, go for runs, etc. I also have an older dog, who prefers to just have some snuggle time throughout the day.
