Pet care experience
My partner and I have a lot of experience with dogs between us. I grew up with a cocker spaniel and my partner has had family dogs since he was a teenager. We have looked after lots of dogs and can provide lots of love, play time and walks. We are both big dog lovers and hope to have our own one day. We’ve also cat sat before for one month and regularly sat for other cats. I work from home so can provide care during the day. I have experience of bathing, feeding and walking animals. I also have experience of administering regular medication to a dog as one of our dogs had some health issues in later life. I gave her 4 tablets a day and injected insulin.

We have a secure garden to the back of the house with a grass area. We also live opposite a massive field for dog walking and some great country walks are nearby. We have space for a crate in our home if needed.

We really can cater for anything as we are very flexible. Our only issue is that we cannot take very large dogs due to our small home. Only as we don’t think it would be fair to them! If you aren’t sure about size, we can communicate and share photos before agreeing.
A typical day
As I work from home I take a 45 minute walk every day at lunch. There is a nice walk near me that is safe for dogs. I would always keep them on the lead for safety. We also live opposite the park on Heath Road so will take them out every morning and evening for a walk. We would make sure we have play time every day.

I currently work from home so I have a lot of available time to look after animals. My partner is a self employed plumber so he is out 9-5 each day. We are available weekends as well. We can offer a full boarding service at our home.
