My husband Jeremy and I fostered for Cause for Paws for a little over 2.5 yrs. We have a lot of combine experience training and caring dogs with many different needs. Every pup has their own unique personality and needs to be cared for with that in mind. Jeremy is pretty much a dog whisperer! He trained both our pups and all of our friends and family that meet them are always so impressed. Both our pups are 100% house trained, and leash trained even our 7 month old Bowie. To us it is extremely important that our dogs are well behaved in any environment or situation. Rollo and Bowie can go to dog parks, breweries, another people’s homes and still be well behaved. We can help your pup with that too! Training takes LOTS of patience, repetition, and positive reinforcement. Our pups and the pups we have fostered in the past learn not out of fear of being reprimanded, but rather because they are eager to please (and of course get that little sweet reward). I was raised with dogs my entire life and I understand the responsibility behind caring for them. Your pup(s) will be in the best hands with us and will fit right in. They may even learn a trick or two! I am currently working from home full time! My husband Jeremy and I are flexible with our sitting scheduling. Whatever meets your needs! Working from home will allow for lots of one to one time with your fur baby. I LOVE taking pictures and videos of my own pups so don’t you worry! You will always know what your pup is up to. We own a home in Garner in a beautiful golf community. The whole community has side walks and our pups love that for long walks! Super dog friendly community w/potty stations everywhere. We have a big back yard that the pups can play in. It is not fenced in currently, but we are working on that as we speak. We can provide a pup pool to soak in, lots of tennis balls, long walks, belly rubs, nutritious treats, and all of the cuddles and love. Lake Benson is only 8 min away so we could also take your fur baby to the Lake Benson Dog park if you’d like (our pups love it there). We have a sweet 8yr old black lab and a fluffy little 7 month old husky/golden. Our fur babies love other dogs, kids, and humans in general. We can’t wait to have your pup join our pack in a safe and fun environment.
