Rebecca was great! Kept us updated daily, walked both dogs and left our home as she found it. I highly recommend her and would book her again.

Rebecca was booked to conduct drop-in visits with my dog Luna for 14 days. Halfway through the booked dates, she decided to end her booking agreement forcing me to reach out to a nearby friend who had to drive half an hour each way the remaining days to feed Luna. The excuse for the cancelation that Rebecca gave was that Lyna was being overly rough in her mouthing and jumping behavior. When Rebecca came to.meet Luna prior to our trip, she was exposed to the jumping and mouthing behavior. I gave Rebecca some tips for mitigating this. When she informed me partway through the booking that Luna was being very rough and leaving scratches and marks, I recommended she take a few cautionary steps to help including putting her training collar on which helps to keep her calm. She tried one of the tips I gave her which was to feed her for indoors for one day. She said this helped but then the next day canceled the booking. It is clear Rebecca has little to no experience with large breed, energetic puppies. Had she expressed being uncomfortable with the size and energy level during our meet, I could have found another option. Additionally, we asked if she would mind changing the pads in our cats' litter pans which she agreed to do. Although she visited for 7 days the pads were never changed once. This caused one of the cats to urinate on the floor and counter top. Last but not least, while visiting for her meet with us, we pointed out a self-cleaning litter pan which we had planned but did not have time to put out before we left. There were 3 replacement pans with the lotter box. When we returned home, 2 of the 3 were missing. I have no choice but to assume Rebecca took these.
