Pet care experience
Hello 👋🏽 I’m Becky, and I am a dog loving fanatic. Since falling in love with my family German Shep 9 years ago, then going on to love my very own first pooch I have been head over heels for my fury companions. I am very much a “the more the merrier” kind of person when it comes to animals, I love seeing lots of dogs all in the same place, running around, doing what they love & enjoying life so I often find myself out walking dogs in around a pack of 4-6, I walk with my dad a lot who again is a dog fanatic so there will most likely always be someone with me and the dogs. I am a very active person, me & my 5 year old springer poodle venture out every day, often on 7k plus hikes around the local area. I work full time, mostly from home but my work is flexible and I am able to care for the dogs regardless of work. Toilet breaks will be constant, I have a extremely secure large back garden & often sit in the conservatory for work so the dogs can go in and out as they please. I have a full view of the garden so I can see them all. (Happy to send pictures). I chose Rover because as a dog owner myself I want others to feel 120% confident when leave their pups to go away, and as can be seen from my reviews, that’s how people feel with me & Bella 🙂. I also just have a genuine organic passion for all animals, I love having my home full of dogs & I love being someone to rely on for your trips away, it’s a good feeling knowing someone trusts you to care for their loved one. There truly is nothing better than seeing a happy dog, and that’s what they are when they stay with us. I have been around multiple different breads and while I am no dog trainer, I have picked up a lot of learning about different breeds & I want to share what I know to make people feel confident in their dog parenthood in order to help the pooches have fulfilling lives!
Reviews
We left our 2 dogs with Rebecca while we went on holiday. I was quite anxious as we've not left them with anyone for a while, but they had a great time! and the photos Rebecca sent us showed them making themselves at home and looking totally chilled! Definitely will be booking Rebecca again
Our dog Maggie was so well looked after by Becky this week, we had regular updates, photos and videos of her which was really reassuring. Maggie was welcomed into Becky's home and looked after as if she was her own dog. As relatively new dog owners ourselves Becky gave us some good advice and has encouraged Maggie to enjoy her walks really well off her lead. She socialised her with other dogs also which Maggie really enjoys. Thank you Becky, we will definitely be booking Maggie in again ?
Everything went really smoothly, great to know Whisky was in good hands while I was away. Perfect! Thanks so much :-)
Erik went to stay with Rebecca again and he loves it! He has such a fab time exploring new places and being spoiled 🥰 We feel so reassured that our baby boy is being so well cared for. Thank you and see you soon xx

I have a large fenced secure garden with high fences and bolted high gates. I have a hallway before the front door with a secure door (no pooches escaping while I answer the door!) We live by woods and fields so not much lead walking needs to be done. Happy for pooches to sleep whenever they wish (within reason), can accommodate what suits them. I have a wonderful 5 year old sproodle who is very used to lots of different dogs coming into her home - she even lets them sleep in the bed with her! I will provide as many pictures, phone calls, texts messages as necessary, any questions just send a message!

What do they like / not like… anything and everything you can think of to share… share it. Specifically, how do they respond to other dogs out on walks, in the garden or inside the home. Recall? Where do they sleep, how/what do they eat? Do they have any specific eating habits, or requirements. Do they have favourite places to go, where they feel most comfortable? On lead or off lead? What are they most fearful off, and what do they enjoy the most?
A typical day
I have a 5 year old English springer spaniel mix with miniature poodle - Bella. And she is the light of my life!! We’re part of a much bigger pack full of German shepherds, Doberman’s, vizlas, labradors & shitzus. They are all the best of friends, our favourite thing to do is meet up with them and just let them run around, play ball and swim! We go out every day, either for a long hike around the Moore’s or a shorter walk in the park with the ball - depends on the weather usually. We like to play in the garden, with the tuggy ropes or frisbee, or we just like to sit out and relax. We live by a huge reservoir, a national trust and various woods, field, parks and valleys so every walk is easy accessible and majority are close enough so that we don’t have to do much lead walking. We also like to take drives out for new smells and fun!

I work full time, but usually from home and where I am not home, my partner always is. I can take annual leave for long stays, and WFH for shorter ones. Just ask if there’s any questions 😊
