Pet care experience
I worked as a veterinary technician for 30 years. I own two dogs myself and they are just as much members of the family as any human family. I am in the process of adopting a cat and I have previous experience with them as well. I am very good with dogs and cats and I love them with all my heart. I can give CPR to a dog if necessary. Because of my vet tech experience, I will be able to recognize if their is a problem with a dog or cat that needs veterinary care. Most of all, I will give your dogs and cats a great time while you are away -- playing with them and interacting with them in a meaningful way. I will treat them as precious creatures who deserve respect and the all best care. I will do all I can to make your dogs happy while you are away and need a dependable and responsible adult whom you can trust with your pets.

Rebecca's love for all animals is greater than any other person I know. She will stop if she sees a wounded animal by the side of the road and take it to a Vet. Rebecca treats her own two dogs more as children than pets

Also I would like to have the phone number for their veterinarian in case there is a problem and the name and phone number of your ER Vet Clinic in case anything happens when the vet is closed. I would need to know what they eat, how much and how often. If they take medications, I would like to know what they take and at what time of day.
A typical day
I used the book "100 Ways to Make a Dog Smile" to entertain them. I would walk them in the local neighborhood if the owner requests this. Whatever games they enjoy, I would be glad to play with them.
