I've cared for dogs for a long time now! I've cared for the furry friends of my neighbors, parents and family friends. I've cared for older, small dogs as well as larger and energetic pups! My family has a dopperman/hound mix named Velvet that I helped raise and train since puppy-hood! I am the type of dog lover that will call all dogs (no matter their age) "puppies"...so... you've been warned.

Rebecca is an amazingly sweet person! My wife and I have a medium sized German Shepherd / Sharpe mix named Juniper with a lot of energy and she absolutely LOVED when Rebecca would help walk her when we were unavailable. So much so that she began recognizing Rebecca’s voice before she even walked through the door and get excited to see her. Rebecca is super reliable, is a great communicator, extremely friendly (which is understating it), and treated Juniper like family. If she’s not your first choice, you’re making a mistake.
An exceptional pet sitter and dog walker! Rebecca is fantastic with both dogs and cats, regardless of their size. Having walked dogs with her before, I know she’s able to keep great control on a leash and stay aware of surroundings. Reliable and committed, she has helped me by pet sitting my cat and my parent’s dog whenever needed. Highly recommended!

I live in a great neighborhood for going on walks. There are several parks I have easy access to as well. I have comfy spots for pups to lounge in and clean spaces with minimal clutter for them to roam in! If I am scheduled for a drop-in, I will ensure your place remains tidy and safe.

Their relationship with humans and other pups (for example, my friend's dog is very nervous around larger dogs). Their favorite type of toy (tug-of-war, springs, tennis balls, stuffed animals). If they are allowed to eat doggie treats/biscuits. Frequency you typically let them out for potty breaks. If they are afraid of anything (thunder storms, loud noises, any other type of animal). Any allergies? Are they more active or like to lounge? Various habits (i.e. eating non-food items, stealing socks, etc.)
A typical day
I love running with dogs - they keep me motivated to keep going! I enjoy walking and lounging by White Rock lake. If given permission, I would love to explore parks and dog friendly spaces with your pup!

Availability
I am an early riser and enjoy being outdoors during my free time. There are several parks I have easy access to as well. I am home a good majority of the week, with the exception of Monday and Tuesday during which I have mornings and evenings available. 7 hours is the max I am away from my home on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings!
