It was terrible, or worse than terrible! I called 3 "dog sitters" from your company, Rover.com. The first 2 were out of business and the 3rd had a full voicemail so no one could leave a message, so I sent a text to the number asking if they were even in business. Two hours later this person sent me emails saying yes she was still in business. We texted a bit then finally we talked. I told her I was concerned about not being able to get a hold of her. She gave me a 2nd phone number. She assured me my dog would be safe with her. It was for one night. When I arrived to drop off she said her daughter was going to help her. I didn't like that. She asked me to call her on my way home. I did call her, of course no answer on either number, or text. I left a message saying I would be there about 1:30pm-ish. I arrived at 1:38pm. I rang the door bell over and over, no one was home. I tried calling and texting again. I knocked on the door hard, nothing. I was upset. I tried the door and it was unlocked! Anyone could have gone in and taken my dog or let him out. My dog came right to the open door and was so happy to see me!! It felt awkward going in that house, but I wanted my dog.!! I gathered the things of his I could find and went home. It wasn't for 2-3 hours before Rebecca called and asked if I had been in the house and gotten my dog. I told her yes, and told her everything. I told her I would meet her to get the things I couldn't find. She said ok. She never showed. Then she said she would bring them to my house at 6pm. It was 7:30pm before she showed up. The photo of her back yard is phoney. Her backyard is full of trash, an old truck, truck parts, etc. Its no place for a dog to be much less a tiny 4lb dog. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.
