Pet care experience
For more than three decades I have taken care of dogs, cats, children, and even other adults, too! I love being able to help both people and animals, and I believe doing so benefits me, as well. Since there are times throughout the year when I’m not teaching, I feel like this is a great fit for me! During the summer and school vacation weeks, my schedule is very open and flexible. When I’m working full-time, I do still have pockets of time in the day (afternoons and evenings) that could be used to help others with their dogs when they are unable. I have a fenced-in yard, multiple sections of the house that can be blocked off, and two gated decks. I live in a great walking neighborhood that dogs love to explore and enjoy, and I am also CORI checked. My family and I would love to spend time playing with and caring for your pup!

Rebeca and her family were wonderful with my Riley when I left him for a weekend. Plenty of yard time and play time. Rebeca kept me updated with information on his stay and pictures.
Rebecca is an excellent dog sitter. She is punctual, caring and thoughtful. It was the first time rocky was staying away from home at Rebecca’s home for an extended period. From the moment we dropped him off at her place we knew he was in great company.He walked in happily to their home and the whole family took great care of him and gave him lots of love while we were away. Rebecca’s daily updates and pictures helped us enjoy our trip without having to worry about rocky. Thanks so much Rebecca and family. Rocky will be coming again😊
Rebecca and her family were wonderful with Sadie and she had a relaxing afternoon and evening at their home. We felt so comfortable leaving her with them.
Rebecca and her family were wonderful with my dog. I got many updates and photos of my dog throughout the day and Rebecca was so flexible with timing and great with communication. I could easily tell how happy my dog was spending the day with them through photos. We're very happy that we found Rebecca and my dog cannot wait for the next time he gets to spend the day with Rebecca and her family!

The most important thing to me is that I am a good fit for your dog so that we can ensure that everyone has a positive, enjoyable experience. It is critical that your dog be comfortable and happy in my care and, if they’re boarding at my house, that they do well with my family (3 adults and 3 kids aged 10, 8 and 2 years old). Before you entrust me with your pup, please let me know about their routines, needs and preferences, how they do in the car if applicable, and of course if they have a favorite activity or treat ;)
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks where they can get their energy out and also smell all the smells in my very walkable, dog-friendly neighborhood. If your pup enjoys car rides, there are some awesome parks and walking paths near me, as well. My backyard is fantastic, too, and my own dog used to love sniffing around for all the wildlife around our house and yard and then lounging and rolling in the soft grass when he was worn out. Last but not least, ample pets and belly rubs will be provided by my family and myself as long as your pup is into snuggles - I definitely am!!
