Whiskey River had a great time.
What a terrific person Rebecca is! She's very easy to talk with, understands my pups needs and quirks, and...she sent me pictures of my boy every day! This was my first time using Rebecca. I went on a cruise, so you could imagine that I'd be a bit nervous. But Rebecca put me at ease on day one and every day going forward! I didn't worry at all!! He got lots of attention and love! Great job Rebecca! And your wonderful family, too!
Rebecca took care of both our dog and cat. She provided picturesand communicated with us daily which was comforting. Our dog particularly got plenty of attention. Our cat by disposition is naturally just less social. My only concern was we did not see Rebecca, just her housemates, until the very end of our pets’ stay. So we think information got lost in communications between Rebecca and her housemates and our dog and cat appear to both have been fed the cat’s food throughout the stay. Not a huge deal for a shorter stay but may have been an issue for a longer term arrangement. Both Rebecca and her housemates were very pleasant and caring towards our pets. A little better communication and it definitely would be a 5 star review.
