I have had dogs and cats since I was a baby, and I am now 24. Over the last couple of months I have had to put down my two dogs that were 15 years old due to age and unfortunately numerous health issues. I also have a cat that is now 16, so I have a lot of experience with elderly pets, as well as pets with medical issues. I have watched my friend's and family's pets over the years including house sitting, checking in periodically throughout the day, letting their pets stay at my house, as well as taking the dogs for walks and making sure they get exercise. I just recently rescued to dogs from the shelter. Maggie who is 1 (Treeing Walker Coonhound), and Dash who is 3 (Bluetick Coonhound). They are both the sweetest, and they absolutely love having new friends to play with whether it's at the dog park, or with dogs who are visiting us at home.
