FUR KIDS ARE FAMILY!
Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner since I came into this world and wouldn't have it any other way! I've boarded dogs, pet sat dogs for 17 years now and have treated every dog as if it were my own. They bless ME! I have had over 16 regular pet sitting clients in those 15 years, many of whom I have developed ongoing friendships with. I have administered medicines to dogs (pills only). I rehabbed my current dog following his hip surgery, which was quite a successful recovery. I possess a degree in physical therapy. I have taken "boarder" dogs to the beach with me and on road trips to visit other dog-loving friends of mine! Please check out my many client testimonials on the Rover.com website! This is the only job I've ever had that doesn't feel like work to me... because I'm doing what I love. Dogs are my passion and I have plenty of excellent references available upon request-- to provide you the reassurance you may need. Dogs make my life complete! The more in my presence, the happier I am! "Dog is God spelled backwards" for a reason...
Reviews
Becky was amazing! She sent daily texts and photos to help up feel comfortable. She made sure to exercise our dog daily and follow her routine! We will definitely use her services again!
Rebecca was great! She took her for walks and even had activities for her to keep her active. We will definitely have her dog-sit for us again!
Rebecca took very good, loving care of our older dog, Cinnamon. He had a great time with her and her dog Griff, and we will be glad to book her next time we travel.
Rebecca was great with Joleen. Jo is an elderly dog with movement issues, and extremely stubborn but Rebecca handled her with grace and welcomed her into home with open arms. Jo was in the best possible care. I would never hesitate to book with Rebecca

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very large, unfenced side yard, which gets plenty of sunlight and shade. I prefer walking dogs and/or taking them to the local park with my dogs, Griff and Maggie. Enclosed dog park visits are considered on a case-by-case basis, based on the preferences of the dog owner.

Information Rebecca B. would like to know about your pet
I strongly recommend a Meet and Greet prior to scheduling any dog clients. I have a GSD/Siberian Husky named Griff who loves meeting new dog companions. He has "approved" all dogs as has my newly adopted dog, Maggie. Proof of up-to-date vaccines, (especially a rabies vaccine) must be emailed to me prior to booking. Heart worm, flea and tick application should also be up-to-date as well. Some states are a petri dish for tics! I have no preference on breed or dog size. I have experience working with special needs dogs, senior dogs, both the tiny dog and the "Scooby-Doo" size. All are welcome into our pack anytime!
A typical day
It is so much fun to watch the dogs romping at the local park or in my home playing tug-of-war. This brings me great joy. I've taken clients' dogs to the beach with me and we all had a blast together! Car "road trips" seem to be a favorite activity for many of the dogs. Road trips are the perfect opportunity for the dogs to explore a new destination with different smells, where they can get out and enjoy nature. Having your dog feel likes he's/she's "part of our pack" is what allows the dog to remain anxiety-free....the first day or two may be an acclimation period, which is normal for any dog who is suddenly living outside their usual home environment.

Availability
Your dogs will receive ample supervision and interaction regardless of which offered service you choose. My daughter also assists me when she's home from college. Please note, I would only be able to accommodate overnight stays at your home if my two furkids could tag along (following a meet and greet prior to date of needed service).
